On January 22nd, Construction Specifications Institute is hosting a Women in Construction Event at TopGolf in Hillsboro, Oregon from 6pm to 9pm.
The Goal: If you are a leader in the AECO industry, you should bring an employee from your company. If you are an employee in the AECO industry, you should bring a leader from your company. This event is open to anyone who wants to come and participate in the conversation.
BigRentz took a close look at Engineering News-Record's Top 100 contracting firms and Fortune 500 companies. 44% of these top companies have women in executive roles such as vice president and director. However, only 16% have women in C-level roles like chief financial officer and chief marketing officer and only 3 of them are CEOs.
